Last night I found the agitator of my washer not working. I left a message at 6:20 p.m. on Thurs. and Steve(?) called me back in 7 mins., gave me a quote for about $100 and said he could come on Mon. I offered an extra $50 to come out right away and he squeezed me in first thing the very next morning. He had the parts he needed on hand and was only here for 20 mins because of how long I take to write a check. Courteous, Professional, Fast.

he owner took my call and solved my problem over the phone in 5 minutes!! 5 other companies said they'd have to research & charge a service fee to come diagnose the issue (some as much as $100!!). This company has 30 years experience and the kindness to go with it. Such an amazing customer service experience. Any appliance I own will be repaired by this company in the future. Hands down!

Dishwasher wouldn't clean quite right or drain properly. He patiently and carefully removed every single teeny, tiny broken piece of glass I had broken over the years. So, I needed a new pump and cringed at the thought. But, he had one in the truck, was in and out in no time, and all at a super reasonable price...my dishes are shining clean again. Thank you!

January 6th 8pm-washer decides it's a good time to quite spinning. Januray 7th @ 7:45am I give Steve a call and leave him a message. He calls back within 20 minutes and we schedule an apointment same day, 4 hours later, for him to come out and take a look. He is quick, has the part on his truck, and I'm literally back in business within 30 minutes. Cost was very affordable too. I will be referring him to friends and family for sure!

My washer was not working properly, so I called Steve, who was recommended by a friend. He said he would be out the next day between 11:00 and 1:00 to check it and give an estimate and would call first. He called about 10:15 and was here early. He thoroughly checked the washer and found a switch to be stuck. He didn't have the correct switch and had to order it. He said he would have it the next day and would be here between 12:00 and 2:00 and again would call first. He called and was here before 11:30 and had it fixed in a few minutes. Steve was professional and explained what was going on.

I called them regarding repair of my microwave oven combo GE brand built in 1983. They asked me the model number and found that parts are no longer available for this unit. That saved me their $65.00 service call (a reasonable fee) and put on the right track. I felt very comfortable with tier knowledge and honest answer that it may not be fixable. My wife and I suspected that might be the case and they helped confirm our guess Being in a related service business myself for many years, it was refreshing to deal with a company that seems as honest and fair as I was dealing with my customers.
